Adolescence support team
This team works with young people aged 11 to 18 and their families who need targeted intervention because of problems such as:
- risk of involvement in anti-social behaviour
- involvement with substance misuse
- experiencing difficulties within their homes or at school
The aim of the service is to support young people to develop their strength and self-esteem to help them make positive choices.
To access this service, you must be referred through our children’s services.
You can self-refer by completing an online child and family assessment form on the main Hounslow website.
