Family support team
This service works with families with children aged five to 17 who have multiple and complex needs.
The service is available to families with younger children if they have children aged five to 17 living in the same household.
The aim of the service is to:
- improve the quality of relationships in the home
- promote confident parenting skills
- support families to engage with specialist services when needed
