All schools must publish their:
- policy for pupils with SEND
- their annual SEND information report on the implementation of the policy
The policy describes what provision the school offers for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
If your child does not have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) but has additional or special education needs, you will have to apply to a mainstream school through the school admissions process.
If your child has an EHCP and their needs require a more specialist setting, there are primary and secondary schools in Hounslow with specialist centres and special schools. You can see the admission criteria for each of these settings on their websites.
