Special schools
Special schools provide a broad and balanced curriculum for children and young people with severe, profound and complex special educational needs.
Each school specialises in supporting a different profile of needs, such as:
- autism
- specific learning difficulty
- visual impairment
- hearing impairment
- speech, language and communication needs
- social, emotional and mental health needs
