The occupational therapy team helps residents keep their independence and remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
An assessment may identify aids and equipment that can make everyday tasks easier and safer.
They may also work with the housing adaptations service to adapt your home, sometimes with the assistance of a Disabled Facilities Grant.
