Hounslow Reach (part of Thames Reach) provides advice and support to people in Hounslow on behalf of the London Borough of Hounslow.
Sometimes called 'floating support', the service assists Hounslow residents, aged 18 and over, who may have mental or physical health needs, or a learning disability.
The service helps people to:
- maintain their accommodation
- develop skills, such as budgeting
- enhance their confidence
- improve their physical and mental wellbeing
- build links in their local community
- live a more fulfilling and independent life

In person drop-in visits
Hounslow Reach is also available for in-person visits at Community Hub locations:
- Hounslow House (Google Maps): Mondays, 10am to 1pm
- Feltham Assembly Hall (Google Maps): Tuesdays, 2pm to 5pm
- Feltham Library (Google Maps): Thursdays, 1pm to 4pm
