RealSAM - smart technology for the visually impaired

The Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) have partnered with the mobile network O2 to develop a range of smart devices to help people with a visual impairment to:

  • make phone calls
  • read messages
  • listen to books and newspapers
  • get assistance 

These products are called RealSAM.

There are a range of RealSAM devices available:
