Private licence agreement scheme (PLA)
This scheme allows you to manage your self-contained property with guaranteed rent, while we manage the clients.
Properties acquired under this scheme will be used for temporary accommodation.
The license agreement will be for one to five years.
What we offer you:

We are looking for:
- Family-sized accommodation (requirements will vary according to demand)
- Vacant property in good condition
- Furnished or part-furnished with white goods (fridge, freezer, cooker)
Requirements
To meet our requirements, you will need to provide:
- proof of:
- a working carbon monoxide detector
- working smoke alarms
- proof of ownership
- a valid energy performance certificate (EPC) with an SAP score exceeding 50
- a valid gas safety certificate
- a valid electrical safety certificate (valid for the duration of the tenancy)
Your responsibilities during the lease:
- Keep the property structure maintained internally and externally as described within the lease agreement
- Provide a copy of the gas safety certificate, homecare agreement, building insurance annually and electrical condition report periodically
