You have an 'account password' and a 'memorable password'.
We introduced the memorable password as an extra layer of security when you login. You need to create a memorable password if you have never logged in without one. After that, you will be asked for characters from your memorable password everytime you login.

Yes. You can reset your account password by clicking on “Forgotten password” on the login screen. You will be prompted to input your username and registered email address. The system will then send you an email containing a link to reset your password.

You can also reset your memorable password.

Very secure. All connectivity from the user client machine (remote device) connects over a compatible internet browser, hitting a secure web server over standard port 443, hardened with an SSL certification to protect the connection between the client and the web server.
Encryption keys are also used within the SSL, which encrypts the data between the user and the web server.
The system will log you out automatically after a certain period of no activity. Closing the browser will also close the session.
