New security feature - Memorable password

We have introduced a 'memorable password' security feature when you login to your account. This is the first phase of new security features to strengthen and enhance the security of your data. We expect to make more improvements by 1 April 2026 and will inform you of any updates.

Former employees with a council pension can access their pension account on their personal computer, tablet or smartphone.

If you don't have a login for your account, you need to request a login from us.

The account allows you, where applicable, to:

  • view and amend personal details
  • view and amend your bank details
  • view and print your historical payslips
  • view and print your P60

Request a login

To request a login, you need to contact us with your:

  • full name
  • date of birth
  • National Insurance number
  • postcode
