You can request a one-off waste collection when we have attempted to collect your wheelie bin but haven't done so.
This is because your wheelie bin was either:
- not out or not visible
- too heavy because of items that shouldn't be in it
- excessively filled or with additional waste to the side
- contiminated with items that shouldn't be in it
In these circumstances, you cannot report a missed collection.
We charge a fee for this service.
It costs:
£10.20
You can pay by debit or credit card when you book online.
You need to:
- book a collection within 24 hours after 5pm on the day of our attempted collection
- make sure you know what should go in your wheelie bin
- put your bin out in the correct way for collection to take place within three working days following your request
You should leave your bin out until we collect it.
