Replacement wheelie bin
You can order a replacement wheelie bin if yours is broken.
If your bin isn't big enough to store your non-recyclable waste, you can request a larger wheelie bin.
Order a replacement wheelie bin
After you've ordered
Deliveries can take up to ten working days.
We may not deliver your replacement bin on the same day as your collection.
Leave the broken bin at the front boundary of your property, clearly visible from the road. If the broken bin is not visible, we won't deliver the new bin and the order will be closed.
Additional or replacement recycling container
You can order a new recycling box or food waste bin or caddy if:
- yours is broken and you need a replacement
- you want to recycle more materials than you can fit in one box
We will only collect a damaged container if you request this when ordering the replacement.
Order an additional or replacement recycling container
After you've ordered
If you've requested collection of a damaged container, please leave it clearly visible at the front edge of your property. If you don't leave out your damaged container when we deliver the new one, it will be your responsibility to dispose of it. We will not revisit to collect it.
Deliveries can take up to ten working days.
We may not deliver your new or replacement container on the same day as your collection.
