Request proof of your electoral registration
You can request proof of your electoral registration. This is called a certificate of registration.
To request a certificate, you need to provide:
- your name and home address
- copies of both:
- one photographic ID (for example, your current passport or driving licence)
- a recent bank or credit card statement or utility bill in your name and current home address
We will post or email the certificate to you. We can only produce a certificate to show that you appear on the current year's electoral register.
You can only request a certificate of registration for yourself, not on someone else's behalf.
