Our Community Provisions team provides support for adults in Hounslow who are living with a learning disability or autism.
The team aims to help people in our borough with learning disabilities and autism to thrive.
It provides services aimed at connecting people with activities to help them overcome the barriers they face, offering opportunities for socialising, independent travel and employment.
