When you are receiving adult social care services, we will contact you for regular reviews. Usually:
- around six weeks after you start receiving services
- every year
There may be a change in your circumstances we should know about before your next review. For example:
- you no longer need support
- your support needs have increased or decreased
- your financial situation has changed
You should let us know something has changed as soon as possible. This will avoid you paying too much or building up arrears which may have to be repaid.
