Cancel or amend a booking
You can cancel or amend your booking to visit the Reuse and Recycling Centre.
Cancelling
You should cancel your booking if you can no longer visit. This allows someone else to book the slot if it's full.
You will need your booking reference number, which we sent to you by email when you booked.
Amending
You can make changes to your booking if you wish. You can amend:
- the date and time of your visit
- the registration of the car you'll be using
