There are many different ways to pay your rent.
We do not accept cash payments at Hounslow House or our housing offices.
Direct Debit
Paying by Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your rent.
With a Direct Debit, you simply instruct your bank to make a monthly payment to us for the cost of your rent. Once setup, this payment will then be made automatically on the same date every month, so there’s nothing else you need to do.
This makes life easy for you and there’s no chance you’ll forget to pay.
To set up a Direct Debit:
- phone: 020 8583 4000
You can read more information about Direct Debit on the Direct Debit website.
Online

On your smartphone or tablet

If you're logging into allpay for the first time, you'll be asked to create an account. This gives you a username and password that you will need to use to login and make rent payments.
By phone
We can take your rent payment over the phone by credit or debit card:

This call will cost no more than national rate calls to 01 or 02 numbers, from a landline or mobile.
