An online landlord account can make it easier for you to access information about your tenant’s Housing Benefit claim if the payments are made directly to you.

How to register
If you're a landlord and would like to register for an account, contact us with your full name and address, landlord reference number and a valid email address. When we have received your details we will contact you with your login credentials and instructions to access your account.
Once your account has been set up you will be able to:
- View your payment schedules including details of previous payments made to you
- Access details of Housing Benefit entitlement for tenant’s you receive direct payment for
- Check the status of your tenant’s claim
- View future amounts and due dates
