Apply to vote by post
The easiest way to apply for a postal vote is online. You will need to provide:
- a photograph of your signature (clear and light on plain, white paper)
- your National Insurance number

If you cannot apply online
Alternatively, you can contact us at elections@hounslow.gov.uk to request a paper application form.
We will send to the form by email for you to print off. If you do not have a printer, you can ask us to send you the form by post.
You need to provide your physical ("wet") signature using black ink within the grey box in part 4 of the application.
You can visit your local library if you need help completing your application.
You can send your application either:
- as scanned attachments in PDF format in an email to elections@hounslow.gov.uk (please make sure all your scans are legible)
- by post to the address below
