You can apply for a door fob for a council property if you're:
- a council tenant
- a council leaseholder
You can't apply for a fob if you're a private tenant to a council leaseholder. Instead, you need to contact the leaseholder and ask them to apply for the fob on your behalf.
You can apply if:
- your fob is lost or faulty and needs replacing
- you want one or more additional door fobs (up to a maximum of six per property)
A fob costs:
£10.
When you apply:
- you need to make payment by credit or debit card
- you may need to provide the door fob colour and serial number
If you are unsure if your key fob is issued by Hounslow Council, please don't make an application. Instead, contact your housing officer for guidance.
