- selling your property
- remortgaging your property
If you're selling
The management pack costs £290.
It contains information that both the seller and purchaser need to know about the property. It is usually required by your solicitor.
You or your solicitor can make the request.
If you are purchasing the property you cannot request the sales pack. We can only provide it to the current leaseholder or their solicitor.
