New security feature - Memorable password

We have introduced a 'memorable password' security feature when you login to your account. This is the first phase of new security features to strengthen and enhance the security of your data. We expect to make more improvements by 1 April 2026 and will inform you of any updates.

As a employee of Hounslow Council, you can access your account externally.

You can use your personal computer, smartphone or tablet to:

  • view and amend personal details
  • view and add absence details
  • make holiday requests
  • view and print your current and previous payslips
  • view and print your P60
  • view and amend your bank details
  • view your employment details
  • view and add training courses
  • view and submit travel expense claims
