Youth offending service
We are a multi-disciplinary team tasked with protecting children and the public from harm and wider risk, managed in line with local procedures, statutory requirements and national standards.
We support children from the ages of 10 to 17 who offend or are at risk of offending, in accordance with legal requirements.
We are always on the lookout for volunteers to help support vulnerable children. Visit call for youth justice volunteers for more information.
What we offer
- Diversionary support
- Referrals to other specialists such as Substance Misuse or Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services
- Guidance on next steps into employment, education and training
- Preventative intervention
