You can contact adult social care using BSL through SignLive.
This is a free service that you can use on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
You can contact us if you:
- are struggling to manage at home because of age, illness or disability and you need advice or practical support
- would like to request a needs assessment or a carers assessment
- have a safeguarding concern about yourself or someone you know
- you need advice or support from the sensory team regarding equipment
To use SignLive:
- Visit the SignLive website and register using email, Facebook or Google
- Download the app for your device or use the service directly on your desktop or laptop computer
- Find Hounslow Council Adult Social Care in the SignLive community directory, which is clearly highlighted with the council logo
